How to download CSGO for Linux?

The original CS GO is adapted for Linux operating system by "Valve", but it is only in a paid version from Steam store. But luckily the official Counter Strike Global Offensive download is cracked and available to run on Ubuntu.
In order to run CS GO on Linux OS follow theese steps in turn:

  • Step 1: Download CSGO install - do this at our main CS GO download page. It comes in executable extesnsion - .exe for Windows.
  • Step 2: Get Windows 7 or greater emulator from software manager or from the internet if you don't have the manager. We recommend to use Wine emulator.
  • Step 3: Complete your CS:GO downloading, launch Wine or other Windows environment and run CSGO trough it. Then install and enjoy the game!

  • Ubuntu 12.04 or greater OS.
  • 64-bit Dual core Intel or AMD 2.8 GHZ processor.
  • 4 GB of RAM.
  • nVidia GeForce 8600, AMD Radeon HD2600 graphics card and OpenGL, nVidia or AMD graphic drivers.
  • 15 GB available space.
  • OpenAL sound card.

Note: Theese are minimum requirements for Linux operating system to run Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Any greater machine will increase FPS (fraps per second) and lower optimization will decrease FPS and may cause a lag.
